Student Advisors

The purpose of the Student Advisors service is to assist you in resolving any issues you may be having that are affecting your academic study at AUT University.

Many students struggle with a number of issues while studying - for example, with housing problems, financial problems, relationship issues, questions about their courses, physical and mental health problems.

At AUT University there are a number of Student Services that can help you with these problems, but often knowing where to go can be difficult.

Student Advisors are dedicated to offering individualised assistance to assist you in identifying where you need to go for help with these issues, as well as making those connections for you, and following up to see how it's all going.

From simple requests for information, to more complex and serious matters, your Student Advisor's door is always open.

Student Advisors will facilitate appointments and guide students on processes to get them back on track.

The friendly and confidential service is available to all AUT University students.
