The Certificate in Conflict Resolution explores the motivations, gestation, evolution and resolution of conflict at three levels – personal, local and global. It also includes an applied aspect, as students learn basic skills in negotiation and mediation. This Certificate is particularly relevant for mature students with some professional or community experience. It can be used as a stand-alone qualification, or to complement an existing undergraduate degree. It can be studied concurrently with the Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences.
