The centre is here to assist you. Our team of Course Advisors are available either face to face at our City & North Shore Campus’ or via the phone on 0800 AUT UNI (288 864)
The role of our On-Campus Relationship Manager, Lavinia ‘Uhila, is to ensure that prospective students have all the information they need to make an informed decision regarding their choice of study.
Lavinia has an in-depth knowledge of university life and works closely with our Relationship Managers in planning and co-ordinating On-Campus events and individual and school campus visits. She can also facilitate access to many of our On-Campus services and ensures that students have a smooth and positive brand experience across the University.
Some of the On-Campus services available to prospective students are:
Course Counselling- Campus Tours
- Academic programme information and study options
- Assistance with completing Application for Enrolments
- Career Centre appointments
- Appointments to see academic staff or specialists

Course Counselling is very popular for prospective students. Especially if you wish to know what AUT has to offer or which programme will best suit your career path, then please contact us.
Counselling appointments with Bhavani Paulraj MA,PhD, GCCD, our Course Counsellor, are available between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
Bhavani’s eight years with AUT provide her with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Working closely with our team of experts, Bhavani can facilitate the process to ensure that you receive all the knowledge you require to reach your goals. Located at our City campus, Bhavani is available to meet and assist with:
- Programme requirements
- Study pathways that are appropriate to your career choices
- Advice to assist with career development and areas of interest
This is a free service that prospective students have found most beneficial in their decision making process.
